Draftsman

Architect / Interior Design / Structural Design / Landscape

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and modify detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for construction and GRC projects
2. Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that drawings meet project specifications and deadlines
3. Prepare and revise drawings based on site feedback or changes in project requirements
4. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
5. Maintain and organize project drawing archives and documentation
6. Collaborate with design teams to ensure accuracy and coordination between various departments
7. Assist with the preparation of technical reports and documentation

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in construction, GRC, or precast concrete industries
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
4. Strong knowledge of drafting techniques, building codes, and design principles
5. High attention to detail and accuracy in all drawings
6. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
