About Your Team

You will report to the Design department and play a pivotal role within the Design Department, preparing highly accurate shop drawings and production files for bespoke Fit-out items. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and factory teams to ensure seamless production, compliance with design intent, and excellence in execution.

Your Role

As a Draughtsman, you will manage the technical drawing process for custom furniture and Fitout projects from concept to factory release. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating precise 2D/3D CAD+T drawings for bespoke Fitout items
• Generating machine-ready files, cutting lists, and BOMs
• Coordinating with production to resolve technical challenges
• Managing drawing versions and ensuring alignment with project requirements
• Optimizing materials and supporting quality control during production

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in Fitout drafting

Knowledge: CAD+T, CNC file preparation, cutting list optimization, architectural interpretation

Expertise: AutoCAD, MS Office, and a strong understanding of joinery manufacturing and standards

• Technical qualification in drafting, joinery, or related field
• Strong CAD+T proficiency and drawing knowledge
