Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the UAE construction industry, with strong expertise in AutoCAD and other drafting software, as well as a solid understanding of construction methods and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans for construction projects.

Create architectural, structural, and MEP shop drawings as required.

Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.

Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.

Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations and project specifications.

Maintain and organize project documentation and drawing records.

Assist in quantity take-offs and material calculations when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of drafting experience in the UAE construction industry.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and other design tools is a plus.
