A leading company is searching for a Sales Executive responsible for driving sales and managing external agents within the real estate market. The role involves generating leads, negotiating sales, and collaborating with marketing teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
The Job holder is responsible to sell Company projects in the market and create / manage external agents’ network in order to achieve or exceed Sales targets within the overall business objectives of the Company
Key Accountabilities
Identify and generate new sales leads, follow-up with potential customers, convert them into actual customers and build long term business relationships to meet tangible objectives and targets for growth, to maximize and sustain revenue and profitability
Nurture business prospects, negotiate and execute Sales deals through external agents to achieve sales and revenue targets in line with Company’s business plan
Support in the sales execution in monitoring the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) flow starting from lead generation and not limited till the completion of deal turnaround time
Provide inputs to improve and standardize policies for sales to ensure the policy is implemented effectively throughout the project cycle
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and activities to promote sales, as applicable
Support the section head to develop Sales plans, processes and guidelines to ensure consistency in the deals and for sustainable growth of the business inorder to achieve sales targets
Prepare reports and dashboards on sales activities in-order to maximize sales target and for senior management to make informed decisions
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
Min 4-6 years’ experience in sales and customer care
