As the first point of contact for guests, the Door Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing arrivals and departures, and providing outstanding service to ensure a memorable stay.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and depart from the resort
  • Assist with luggage handling and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance area
  • Monitor the flow of guest arrivals and departures, ensuring timely assistance
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure guest safety
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Door Attendant or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality
  • Able to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items as required
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Customer Service
