Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated Front Office professionals who want to advance their careers.

As a Doorman, you are responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their visits are memorable. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Offering consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
  2. Greeting guests appropriately upon arrival in a warm manner.
  3. Opening car doors for arriving and departing guests and escorting them to the lobby.
  4. Controlling all guest car keys and ensuring cars are delivered within 10 minutes upon request.
  5. Forwarding all guest complaints or problems to the manager on duty.
  6. Ensuring effective handover between duty shifts.
  7. Demonstrating a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures, service standards, and being knowledgeable about hotel facilities and events.
  8. Establishing, promoting, and maintaining good public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have vocational training in hospitality, with preferable experience in the Concierge Department of a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are essential. Knowledge of computers and additional language skills are advantageous.
