We are currently looking for dynamic, and self-motivated Front Office professionals who want to move their careers forward.

Responsibilities

As a Doorman, you are responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their every visit is memorable. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service
  2. Greet guests appropriately upon arrival in a warm manner
  3. Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby
  4. Control all guest car keys and ensure cars are delivered within 10 minutes upon request
  5. Forward all guest complaints or problems to the manager on duty
  6. Ensure effective handovers between duty shifts
  7. Understand the hotel’s policies, procedures, and service standards, and stay informed about hotel facilities and events
  8. Establish, promote, and maintain good public relations while exceeding guest expectations

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Ideally, you should have vocational training in hospitality, preferably with previous experience in a hotel Concierge Department. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are essential. Knowledge of computers and additional language skills are advantageous.
