• Functional Arabic is useful with local trainees
• Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu or Sinhala a real advantage
• Dubai/UAE experience matters

• Assess each trainee's readiness for placement with structured evaluations
• Adapt your approach for adults from very different cultural and linguistic backgrounds
• Coordinate with the placement team so the right candidates are ready at the right time
• Occasionally visit client households for on-site training sessions

The person we are looking for:

• 3+ years as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or Domestic Staff Trainer
• Hotel background strongly preferred — you know what "professional standard" actually means
• Solid English (B2–C1) — you will train and document in English every day
• Functional Arabic — useful with local trainees and stakeholders
