Job summary

GAC Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a knowledgeable and efficient Documentation Executive to join their team. The role involves managing document collection and customs processes while ensuring cargo operations are executed safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates should have a Secondary School diploma, a valid UAE driving license, and preferably 2+ years' experience in logistics within the UAE.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Driving License required.
• Preferred 2+ years’ experience in a similar field, ideally within UAE.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle collection of documents and customs documentation process.
• Oversee cargo loading/offloading operations to ensure timely shipments.

Job requirements

· Secondary School graduate

· Valid UAE Driving License

· Preferred 2+ years’ experience in a similar field, ideally within UAE.

· Knowledge of written & spoken English, knowledge on Arabic is an additional advantage.

· Resident in Ras Al Khaimah or ready to relocate.

· Thorough knowledge in local customs/port clearance rules and regulations.
