Job Overview
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing documentation across all departments. Your duties include organizing and indexing documents, maintaining version control, supporting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The role requires both electronic and manual documentation skills, with a focus on confidentiality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate records of all company documents and ensure ease of access
* Receive, classify, and archive documents both incoming and outgoing electronically and physically
* Track and control document revisions and updates to maintain version integrity
* Ensure all documentation processes adhere to internal policies and applicable industry regulations
* Support audit processes by providing accurate and timely documentation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless document flow
* Generate reports on document tracking, status updates, and compliance performance
* Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and restricted information

Job Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
* Proven experience in document control or records management (minimum 1 2 years preferred)
* Familiarity with document control systems and strong Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail
* Knowledge of ISO documentation standards is a plus
* Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
