WSP is seeking a Document Controller based in Dubai to manage all activities related to Document Control, including handling technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence for the project.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with all departments to ensure documents are properly stored and archived.
  2. Verify and submit corporate documents on time prior to deadlines.
  3. Copy, scan, and store documents securely.
  4. Check documents for accuracy and edit files such as contracts.
  5. Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
  6. Maintain physical and digital records of documents.
  7. Create templates for future documentation.
  8. Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
  9. Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
  10. Ensure all documents are error-free before distribution.
  11. Assist in preparing procedures and system packages for document control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Experience with Aconex.
  • Strong typing and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of project management processes.
