Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Document Controller / Secretary to support our team in day-to-day documentation and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the same role within a contracting company, a valid UAE residency, and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize project documentation in both digital and physical formats
Prepare and format letters, reports, and official submissions
Track, log, and archive incoming and outgoing correspondence
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients for document flow
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
Handle general office administration and assist with scheduling and meetings

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role in a construction/contracting company
Valid UAE residency (currently based in the UAE)
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Arabic is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
