Job summary

Une entreprise de développement immobilier à Dubaï recherche un professionnel pour gérer les transactions immobilières et assurer la conformité avec les procédures du Dubai Land Department. Le candidat idéal aura 2–5 ans d'expérience et d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles, ainsi qu'une maîtrise des outils bureautiques. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
  • Connaissance des procédures du Dubai Land Department et Oqood.

  • Gérer les enregistrements Oqood et les mises à jour du DLD.
  • Assurer le traitement des certificats sans objection.

Job description

  • Prepare and review Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA) and ensure timely signing and filing.
  • Handle Oqood registration and updates on the Dubai Land Department system (DLD).
  • Assist with Title Deed registration and coordinate with relevant authorities for smooth processing.
  • Draft and process No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for resale or handover.
  • Support customer service by addressing client queries, providing documentation, and facilitating smooth handover processes.
  • Coordinate and follow up on customer payment collections and maintain updated payment logs.
  • Draft various agreements related to property transactions, leasing, and customer obligations.
  • Maintain document control systems ensuring proper tracking, version control, and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with legal advisors, government entities, and internal teams for document verification and submission.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within a real estate development company.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures, Oqood, and other real estate documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Experience in customer service and handling payment coordination is a plus.
