Responsibilities Include

Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards

Control document flow and filing of technical drawings, contracts, and correspondence

Ensure documents are easily accessible and securely stored

Support project teams by retrieving required documentation as needed

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for document approvals and updates

Prepare and issue document transmittals and maintain document logs

Here's What You'll Need

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction or real estate

Proficient in MS Office and Document Management Systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS)
