We are looking for a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our team. This role involves coordinating with project teams, ensuring proper document management procedures are followed, and maintaining up-to-date records for seamless project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, manage, and organize project documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
Handle the documentation and approval process for project-related documents, drawings, and correspondences.
Implement and maintain a comprehensive document control system, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure document control procedures are being followed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
