Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and control project documentation according to company procedures and client requirements (including Aramco standards).
  2. Ensure all documents are correctly numbered, filed, and archived (soft and hard copies).
  3. Receive, review, track, and distribute documents to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate document flow between contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
  5. Maintain document logs, registers, and ensure up-to-date revision control.
  6. Assist with audits, inspections, and handover documentation preparation.
  7. Use electronic document management systems (EDMS) for organizing and retrieving project records.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in document control, ideally in oil & gas/EPC settings.
  2. Previous experience on Aramco projects is highly preferred.
  3. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  4. Must have UAE-attested educational and experience certificates.
  5. Proficiency in document control software and MS Office tools.
  6. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  7. Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
