Job Description

Responsibilities:


Document controller responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents
They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments
Set up, copy, scan and store documents
Manage requests for documentation
File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
Manage the processes around documentation within the organization
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation

Requirements and skills :

Proven work experience as a Document Controller, Admin, Secretary
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
