A leading company in Dubai is seeking a Document Control Specialist to manage electronic document systems. The role involves digitalizing documents, ensuring proper documentation practices, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
Responsible for digitalizing and accurately attributing documents to electronic document management system
�Maintain and organize company / project /departments electronic document systems� filing and records for easy retrieval and proper documentation within the corporate guidelines
�Ensuring the receipt acknowledgements, safekeeping and distribution of commitments (i.e. contracts, agreements, joint ventures, variations, memorandum of understanding, etc
�Guarantees as a reliable source of information in terms of documentation, agreements and proper channels
�Monitors the flow of borrowed documents from the document control room
�Supports corporate archiving functions as required,
�Maintaining and adhering to confidentiality requirements for and on behalf of the department,
�Any other additional duties that may required by the line Manager
Education
�professionally qualified/relevant degree/diploma, plus experience in similar or related roles
Experience
�3-5 years in a related field
