Document Controller
Job description
- Manage and maintain all project documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for team members.
- Implement and oversee a document control system that adheres to industry standards and project requirements, minimizing errors and delays.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and distribute documentation, ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes.
- Establish and enforce document management protocols, including version control, indexing, and archiving procedures.
- Facilitate the smooth flow of documentation between stakeholders, providing training and support as needed to ensure adherence to processes.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with ISO standards and project management methodologies is highly valued.
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and MS Office Suite is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
