Noorka Logistics, a well-established logistics and supply chain management company based in Dubai, is seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to manage and maintain the accuracy and security of important company records. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on attention to detail and has a strong understanding of document control processes in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize all company documents including shipping records, contracts, invoices, and compliance files.
  • Ensure proper documentation flow between departments, clients, and vendors.
  • Register, track, and archive incoming and outgoing documents as per company procedures.
  • Ensure all documents are up to date, correctly filed, and easily retrievable.
  • Support logistics and operations teams by providing timely access to required documentation.
  • Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and regulatory compliance files when required.
  • Ensure adherence to document control standards and company policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in document control, preferably in logistics or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
