A leading real estate developer in Dubai is seeking a Document Controller to manage and maintain critical project documents. The role involves tracking, updating, and ensuring security of documents in line with company procedures. Candidates should possess a diploma/degree in Business Administration, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Aconex and Unifier. This contract position offers a chance to work within a major player in the construction sector.
We are looking to hire a Document Controller who will be responsible for tracking, updating, and maintaining various documents—including functional documents, correspondence, agreements, construction drawings, and project submittals—for our semi-government client based in Dubai, UAE, one of the largest real estate developers in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance and business requirements. The role sits within the Contracts & Procurement (C&P) Department and reports directly to the Contracts Manager.
We are looking for a passionate Document Controller who ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and effective control of all records while streamlining processes. You should also have hands-on experience with Aconex and Unifier, strong knowledge of electronic document management systems, and prior exposure to large-scale construction and real estate projects.
Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately.
