A leading interior contracting firm in Dubai is seeking a Document Control professional to manage project documents efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in document control within the interior fit-out or construction industry, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This role requires effective coordination with teams and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize all project-related documents (drawings, reports, contracts, correspondence)
• Ensure proper filing, version control, and secure archiving of documents
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for timely document submissions
• Maintain document logs, transmittals, and tracking systems
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Support audits and compliance checks with accurate documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in document control within a Interior Fit out or contracting or construction company
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document control systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with DM procedures and project documentation standards is a plus
