We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to support our Design Department. The role is primarily clerical, focusing on maintaining accurate records and overseeing document control processes to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in a consultancy environment is highly preferred.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in a consultancy environment is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in document or records management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all documentation for the Design Department in an organized and efficient manner
File, retrieve, and organize documents and information promptly and accurately
Register, track, and store all technical documents such as reports, drawings, and submittals
Ensure the latest versions of documents are accessible to relevant team members
Notify team members of document updates or revisions and guide them on how to access them
Monitor and track the status of submitted and received documents
Support the Design Department with other administrative or clerical duties as required
