Job Purpose

Responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all project-related documents and records to ensure compliance with company and project requirements. Supports project teams by maintaining accurate documentation for approvals, revisions, and audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents.
  • Maintain and update document control systems, including electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Ensure all documents are properly formatted, version-controlled, and meet project standards.
  • Track document revisions, approvals, and submissions in line with project timelines.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for document submissions and approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on document status and distribution.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.
