Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in documentation.
  • NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent, Lead auditor ISO 45001.
  • Experience with ADNOC is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review & Track Insurance Documents and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital contract files.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for documentation.

Job description

We are looking for a Document Controller for one of our clients with the following details:

Start Date: 23 June 2025

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: UAE - Dubai

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Master - Undergraduate
  • Prior experience in documentation will be an added advantage
  • 5+ years of experience
  • 08+ Years Minimum years, ADNOC Experience MS Office
  • NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent, Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent, Incident Investigation techniques, Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage

Activities:

  • Review & Track Insurance Documents - Ensure timely receipt and compliance of insurance certificates from vendors and contractors. Assist with Bank Guarantees
  • Support the preparation, tracking, and release of performance and advance payment guarantees. Document Management
  • Maintain organized physical and digital contract files and registers.
  • Secretarial Support - Prepare correspondence, transmittals, and basic legal/contractual templates.
  • Liaison Role -Coordinate with internal departments, banks, and insurers for documentation and follow-ups. Compliance Monitoring
  • Support contract team in ensuring document compliance with company policies. General Administrative Tasks
  • Provide day-to-day support including meeting coordination, scanning, filing, and data entry
