Document Controller
Job description
- Collaborate closely with project teams to understand documentation needs and provide tailored support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure compliance with established standards and project specifications.
- Establish and maintain an efficient document control system to ensure all project documentation is properly recorded and easily retrievable.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in document control within construction, engineering, or similar industries is essential.
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Proficiency in document management software such as Aconex, SharePoint, or similar platforms is required.
- Certifications in document control or project management (e.g., PMP, CDCP) are a strong advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders across various levels.
