Document Controller

We are looking for a Document Controller with the ability to manage all aspects of a project and business functions for our Project & Development Services division.

What this job involves

1. Provide document control and administrative support across multiple projects.
2. Assist with the establishing, implementation and maintenance of the document control processes and procedures for projects.
3. Utilising the established Electronic Document Management System (Aconex).
4. Develop the system to become an accessible project library of technical documents, standards, baseline documents, industry codes and standards, studies, and other general information.
5. Review Client and project procedures and ensure the document control processes are aligned with the same.
6. Develop procedures that ensure the Contractor and all other Consultants use the document control system when sending and receiving any correspondence related to the Project.
7. Develop procedures that identify who on the Consultant team has the authority and accountability for approving baseline documentation.

Desired skills and experience for this

1. Degree Qualification is preferred but not essential.
2. Extensive experience in managing document systems for large construction projects.
3. Experience in managing document transmittals through Aconex.
4. Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
