An established industry player is seeking a skilled Document Management Coordinator to oversee and enhance document management processes within projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with corporate methodologies, coordinating teams, and facilitating knowledge transfer across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project documentation management and will be responsible for monitoring client approval processes and the final handover of documents. Support in analyzing, organizing, and managing Document Management processes and activities, controlling and monitoring related tasks, thus assuring Corporate Methodology and Procedures maintenance and compliance across the group.
Provide coordination and monitoring of resources (Document Controllers and Document Service Assistants) involved in the Project regarding Project Documentation Management activities.
Interface with Document Controllers, Function Representatives, and other Document Service Assistants involved in the project about Document Management matters.
Ensure knowledge transfer and preservation of Document Management matters across the group.
