Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documents, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all project documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure all project documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
  • Maintain an organized and efficient document control system
  • Receive, log, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents
  • Monitor and track document revisions and ensure proper version control
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely submission of documents
  • Prepare document transmittals and maintain accurate records of all project documents
  • Ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
  • Provide support to project managers and other team members as required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in document control, preferably in Construction, Infrastructure and road work
  • Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems
  • Familiarity with DC systems such as ACONEX, SAP, EDMS
  • Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of document control procedures and standards
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
  • UAE driving license is a plus
