Job Overview

Are you a Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Engineer with an active Society of Engineers (SOE) Membership? We are seeking a qualified and experienced engineering professional to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Dubai Municipality approvals, engineering compliance, authority coordination, and project execution. As a DM Approved Engineer, you will ensure that engineering projects comply with local regulations, coordinate approvals with government authorities, and support project teams throughout the construction and approval process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project specifications to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and other government authorities to obtain project approvals, permits, inspections, and completion certificates.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with applicable UAE regulations, local building codes, and statutory requirements.
• Support project managers, consultants, and contractors in resolving technical and regulatory issues.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that construction activities meet approved drawings and authority requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, authority submissions, engineering documentation, and compliance records.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
• Support internal teams during authority inspections and project handovers.

Qualifications
