Our client is a fast-growing trucking startup based in the US. You will be working in a high energy environment with a diverse pool of co-workers from all around the world.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Django for the backend and React for the frontend. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create seamless, user-focused web applications. You should be comfortable working independently and in a collaborative remote team environment.

1. Design, develop, and maintain web applications with Django (backend) and React (frontend).
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and improvements.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with an emphasis on scalability and performance.
4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, utilizing RESTful APIs and other technologies as needed.
6. Implement and maintain databases, handling migrations, schema designs, and data relationships using Django ORM.
7. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth user experience and performance.
8. Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control, testing, and deployment.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Django, React, and full-stack development.

1. Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or other real-time technologies.
2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
3. Experience with microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
4. Previous experience working in an agile development environment.

1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Django and React.
2. Solid experience with Django framework, including REST APIs, ORM, and template engines.
3. Proficiency in frontend technologies, including React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks.
4. Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).
5. Strong understanding of web development concepts, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and security best practices.
6. Familiarity with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL) and version control systems (Git).
7. Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as GCP, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
8. Ability to work autonomously in a remote team and meet deadlines efficiently.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
