Job summary

A hospitality company is seeking a Distribution Project Manager to oversee project execution in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project compliance within the EPC contract framework. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, possess substantial experience in project management within the GCC region, and have strong skills in risk management and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen (15+) years in execution of EPC contracts.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a similar position.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

• Coordinate with consultants and contractors on design and compliance challenges.

Distribution Project Manager

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage project execution for a specific lot, ensuring alignment with the overall program schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily with the SUPERVISION CONSULTANT and DELIVERY CONTRACTORS to address design, execution, and compliance challenges.
• Oversee contractor performance, resolving conflicts and facilitating approvals.
• Monitor and manage risks, preparing mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Program Director.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports, highlighting achievements, delays, and required actions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum fifteen (15+) years in execution of EPC contracts in a relevant industry, including minimum five (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
