Job Description

Position Summary

  • Coordinate and schedule transportation or logistics operations efficiently.
  • Monitor and track shipments, vehicles, or personnel in real-time.
  • Communicate with drivers, field teams, and clients to provide updates and instructions.
  • Handle emergency situations and reroute as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, schedules, and incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.
  • Use dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to optimize routing and efficiency.
