JOB DESCRIPTION

At least 5 years functioning experience in Building Maintenance.

1. Construct, set up, preserve, and stress examination all pipelines, fittings, and components of home heating, water, drainage, sprinkler, and gas systems according to requirements and plumbing codes.
2. Determine resources of plumbing breakdowns and complete repairs as suggested or according to work orders.
3. Install and fix plumbing, installations, valves, components, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, water conditioners, etc.
4. Repair dishwashers and kitchen equipment that integrate gas or water intake.
5. Receive and finish work orders.
6. Select material and hardware and make time and materials estimates.
7. Maintain accurate records on material and labor utilized.
8. Keep stock of district-owned tools, equipment, and products.
9. Check jobs upon completion and ensure areas are tidy.
10. Collaborate with building principals and supervisors to complete jobs.
11. Identify necessary repairs on buildings, premises, and equipment following established inspection procedures.
12. Respond to emergency calls as required.
13. Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
