Job summary

YOSH is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Attendant to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the residence. You will support laundry and wardrobe care, deliver discreet service to household members and guests, and assist with event setup as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and a respectful, trustworthy approach to privacy and confidentiality in a luxury household environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or cleaning experience in private residences, luxury hospitality, or similar.
• Experience with laundry and wardrobe care for a range of fabrics and garment types.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and safe handling of chemicals; COSHH or equivalent desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail with pride in presenting high standards.
• Good time management and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Basic numeracy and literacy; ability to complete simple records and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and bed making to maintain living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and public rooms to high standards.
• Undertake laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care following care labels and household procedures.
• Change bed linens and replenish toiletries, consumables, and minibar items as required.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the Property Manager or staff for timely repairs.
• Follow deep-cleaning schedules and complete seasonal or adhoc projects as directed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensure safe storage and handling of chemicals.
• Provide discreet and courteous service to household members and guests respecting privacy at all times.
• Assist with setup and tidying for events and family functions as required.
• Keep accurate records of laundry and cleaning inventories when requested by management.
