The Principal Road Grading Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing road grading projects, ensuring proper grading for drainage and foundational stability. The role involves collaboration with construction teams, surveyors, and project managers to deliver quality infrastructure.

Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Design: Develop grading plans and specifications, conduct site assessments, and utilize software tools like AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
2. Construction Oversight: Supervise grading operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and perform quality inspections.
3. Technical Support and Problem Solving: Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and modify plans as needed.
4. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, and report project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in road construction and grading, with proven supervision in Abu Dhabi.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and understanding of soil mechanics and drainage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s license; PE license preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
