Job summary
L3Harris in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Director of International Business Development & Government Relations to lead UAE regional strategy, engagement with government and industry, and cross-functional alignment across the enterprise.
The role focuses on developing growth in the UAE and coordinating with Maroc, Oman, and Qatar while reporting to Corporate leadership. Based in Abu Dhabi with oversight of regional priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15+ years of experience in business development, government relations, public policy, technology policy, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of international and regional business development strategy, with deep UAE knowledge.
- Proven experience engaging senior government, customer, and industry stakeholders in UAE/MENA.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development and government relations activities across the UAE and support Morocco, Oman, and Qatar.
- Develop and execute country and regional strategies to drive growth and market positioning.
- Partner with segment leaders to align strategies for international orders, pipeline development and revenue targets.
- Monitor regional developments and translate insights into actionable business strategy.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
