JOB TITLE
Director of Technology Transformation and Architecture | MAF Global Solutions | Tech

ROLE SUMMARY
The Director of Technology Transformation and Architecture at Group Technology leads the development of the group's transformation roadmap, manages the Enterprise Architecture landscape, drives innovative tech solutions, leads a team of architects and strategists, and pioneers GEN-AI solutions.

ROLE PROFILE

1. Technology Transformation: Develop a comprehensive view of the business and I&T environment, create a roadmap to enhance digital maturity, and formulate strategies to advance the organization's digital business.
2. Enterprise and Solution Architecture: Establish and improve the Enterprise and Business architecture practices, ensure alignment and agility, and oversee EA activities for efficient operations.
3. Innovation: Keep abreast of I&T trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and promote EA as a strategy enabler and technology driver.
4. Functional/Technical Competencies: Demonstrate experience in senior technology roles, strategic planning, program management, and Enterprise Architecture.
5. Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at senior leadership levels.
6. Management Skills: Exhibit strong management skills to handle multiple practices, teams, and programs concurrently.
7. Organizational Savvy: Show organizational and political awareness to navigate organizational dynamics effectively.
8. Technology Understanding: Have a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and their application to digital business.

REQUIREMENTS

1. 15+ years of experience in IT transformation, architecture, or technology leadership.
2. Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
3. Certifications in Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF, FEAF, DOD, Zachman.
4. Certified Program/Project Management Professional.
5. Deep knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, and predictive analytics.
6. Understanding of information management, SDLC, ITSM, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure, operations, EA, and ITIL frameworks.
