Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial individual to lead Presight’s corporate venture capital initiatives. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the fund's investment strategy in AI/ML, AR/VR, FinTech, EnergyTech, and Industry 4.0. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in emerging technologies, a strong track record in venture investing, and the leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing venture portfolio aligned with Presight’s strategic growth vision.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the investment strategy in partnership with Presight Ventures, targeting disruptive technologies across AI/ML, AR/VR, FinTech, EnergyTech, and Industry 4.0.
• Lead deal sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, negotiations, and execution of early to growth-stage venture investments.
• Develop and manage the overall venture portfolio, driving value creation plans, and optimizing risk-return profiles.
• Establish and monitor key KPIs for portfolio companies and support their scaling through strategic advisory, operational input, and access to Presight’s ecosystem.
• Build strong relationships with founders, investors, accelerators, and other venture funds to generate a robust deal pipeline and syndication opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with internal product, strategy, legal, and finance teams to align investments with Presight’s corporate goals.
• Represent Presight Ventures at industry events, investment summits, and conferences, reinforcing the company's role as a thought leader in AI and digital innovation.
• Ensure compliance with governance protocols, financial and legal standards, and ADGM regulatory requirements.
• Continuously monitor global venture trends and market intelligence to refine investment thesis and strategy.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in venture capital, accelerator or senior startup/scale-up leadership roles.
• Demonstrated track record of successful early- to growth-stage investments, including deal execution and portfolio management.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with deep familiarity with emerging technologies, especially in AI, deep tech, and industry transformation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to engage with founders, investors, senior executives, and global stakeholders.
• Extensive network within the global venture capital and technology ecosystem.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
