As Director, Solutions Consulting, you will lead a geographically distributed team across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and South Africa, owning the regional strategy, capability, and execution that connect customer priorities with differentiated Genesys solutions.
Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams across EMEA to influence go-to-market strategy, strengthen technical and business value throughout complex enterprise sales cycles, and accelerate sustainable regional growth. You will help customers translate AI, Genesys Cloud, CCaaS, digital, and customer experience capabilities into practical solutions that address their business priorities and support successful adoption.
Create an environment where Solution Consultants operate as trusted advisors, combining technical depth, commercial insight, data-driven storytelling, and empathy for customer needs. You will foster an AI-first culture of continuous innovation, enabling the team to experiment, learn, and turn emerging capabilities into meaningful customer and business value.
Gain significant visibility across regional and EMEA leadership while influencing enterprise initiatives and the evolution of Solutions Consulting across diverse markets. The role offers opportunities to deepen expertise in emerging AI capabilities, expand leadership influence, and shape how Genesys supports complex enterprise transformation across the region.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, geographically distributed Solutions Consulting team across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and South Africa, strengthening alignment, accountability, collaboration, and consistent execution across markets
- Own the end-to-end Solutions Consulting strategy for the region, aligning team capabilities, investment priorities, and execution with business objectives, customer needs, and sustainable growth
- Drive an AI-first culture of continuous innovation that increases team agility, encourages informed experimentation, and converts emerging AI and automation capabilities into differentiated customer value
- Partner with Sales and regional leaders to influence go-to-market strategy, strengthen complex enterprise opportunity execution, and improve the technical and business value demonstrated throughout the sales cycle
- Elevate the team's impact as trusted advisors by advancing consultative engagement, solution design, technical expertise, and value-based storytelling that connect Genesys capabilities to customer priorities
- Drive alignment between customer priorities and tailored, data-driven solutions that demonstrate measurable business value and support successful adoption of Genesys Cloud, CCaaS, AI, digital, and customer experience capabilities
- Strengthen strategic relationships with customers, partners, and the broader technology ecosystem, increasing Genesys visibility and credibility through executive engagements, industry events, and conferences
- Influence product and technology direction by translating regional customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics into actionable insights for Product Management and Engineering
- Monitor team performance, sales enablement effectiveness, and Solutions Consulting business impact, using data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and inform regional and EMEA leadership
- Advance team expertise across AI, Genesys Cloud, CCaaS, customer and employee experience, digital capabilities, and emerging technologies to maintain relevance as customer expectations and enterprise technology evolve
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles, including significant people leadership experience
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing, geographically distributed teams across multiple countries or markets
- Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and senior leaders on complex enterprise opportunities, go-to-market priorities, and regional growth initiatives
- Strong background in AI, CCaaS, customer experience, employee experience, digital technologies, and enterprise cloud software
- Proven track record of guiding teams through technology and market change while fostering experimentation, continuous learning, and effective adoption of emerging capabilities
- Exceptional executive communication, consultative engagement, and data-driven storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer and business value
- Strong strategic judgment, problem-solving capability, and curiosity, with the ability to operate effectively across complex regional and cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and other functions while building alignment around shared customer outcomes
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and AI technologies, including how AI can improve customer outcomes, employee experiences, and ways of working
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and partners across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, South Africa, or the broader Middle East and Africa region
- Experience representing a technology organization in executive customer engagements, partner discussions, industry events, or conferences
