Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Director, Solutions Consulting to lead a geographically distributed team across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and South Africa, shaping regional strategy and execution that links customer priorities with Genesys solutions.

You will partner with Sales and cross-functional leaders to drive AI-first, cloud CCaaS and digital customer experiences, translating complex opportunities into measurable business value while advancing regional growth and adoption.

Qualifications

10+ years in Solutions Consulting or related roles with leadership experience.
Experience leading distributed teams across markets.
Proven success partnering with Sales on enterprise opportunities.
Strong background in AI, CCaaS, customer and employee experiences.
Executive communication, data storytelling and change management.
Fluency in English and Arabic, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Solutions Consulting team across multiple countries.
Own regional Solutions Consulting strategy aligned with business objectives.
Drive AI-first culture and translate capabilities into customer value.
Partner with Sales to influence go-to-market and opportunity execution.
Advance consultative engagement, solution design and storytelling.
Align customer priorities with tailored data-driven solutions.
Strengthen executive relationships and participate in events.
Influence product/engineering with regional insights.
Monitor performance and inform leadership with data-driven insights.
Grow team expertise in AI, Genesys Cloud, CCaaS and digital capabilities.
