The Role / Responsibilities
  • Sell Moody's solutions within Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, and Private Banking segments.
  • Deliver complex solutions leveraging Moody's platforms, data, and analytics offerings in various domains.
  • Identify, develop, and seize opportunities, working with colleagues across the organization.
  • Focus primarily on new business development with limited account management.
  • Initial territory: Middle East excluding KSA, Egypt, Kuwait, and Turkey.
  • Engage strategically with key customers, ensuring Moody's delivery.
  • Establish C-suite relationships and deliver enterprise propositions tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop and track strategic account plans, forecasts, and performance indicators.
  • Utilize sector insights to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Share market feedback with internal teams.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in complex software and data sales within GCC and Middle East financial industries.
  • Proven ability to handle large, complex sales end-to-end.
  • Strong knowledge of banking, risk, and analytics workflows.
  • Preferably, risk knowledge covering regulations.
  • Strong work ethic, independence, organization, and persuasion skills.
  • Extensive industry network and awareness of latest trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Preferred: BA/BS and advanced degrees (MBA, JD/LLB, MA/MS, MEng).
