Job description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director - GCC Sales to lead B2B sales for Holidayme across. Holidayme is one of the fastest-growing B2B travel distribution platforms featuring a wide variety of travel products, including flights, hotels, and dynamic packages. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in B2B travel product distribution, deep market relationships with travel agents, and leadership experience in scaling sales performance. This role is crucial in driving revenue, shaping regional go-to-market strategies, and establishing high-impact partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other B2B stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and drive the B2B sales strategy across the GCC.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, expanding market share and revenue through key partnerships.
  • Develop and implement a region-specific go-to-market strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team across priority markets.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring profitable, sustainable contracts and renewals.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, strengthening brand visibility and driving pipeline.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Experience & Skills :

  • 10–15 years of B2B sales experience in travel distribution, with a strong focus on the GCC region.
  • Strong regional network and market intelligence within the B2B travel agents ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and scaling sales operations in complex, high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Deep commercial acumen and understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC
