Valmet is looking for a Director of Sales & Services for the North West Africa region to lead our Flow Control business to new heights. Reporting directly to the Vice President of MEIA Market Area, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our operations in a dynamic and evolving market.

Location: Morocco / Algeria / Nigeria

As Sub-Region Head for NWA, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow profitable and sustainable business units
  • Drive order intake, revenue growth, and market share expansion
  • Own the P&L for the NWA region, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Sales & Services team
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Champion a culture of Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence

  • Proven leadership, communication, and business acumen to drive performance in a matrix organization
  • Deep technical expertise in Flow Control products and customer environments
  • A collaborative and energetic leadership style focused on continuous improvement
