Key Accountabilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives and market opportunities.
- Establish long-term and short-term sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential client segments within Sharjah, UAE, and the wider region.
Sales Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations including client meetings, negotiations, property tours, and deal closures.
- Ensure efficient pipeline management and accurate forecasting of sales revenues.
- Implement effective sales processes, systems, and CRM tools to track performance.
Revenue Generation & Market Growth
- Drive sales of residential, commercial, and retail properties to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Formulate innovative sales campaigns and initiatives in coordination with the marketing department.
- Expand the company’s market presence by developing partnerships with brokers, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Resolve escalated client issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Financial & Reporting
- Monitor sales budgets, incentives, and commission structures.
- Provide regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates to senior management.
- Contribute to annual business planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Leasing, CRM, and Finance teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and compliance with UAE property laws.
- Coordinate with the development team to align sales commitments with project delivery timelines.
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Set performance standards and conduct regular appraisals, coaching, and mentoring.
- Foster a results-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative team culture.
Educational Qualification, Work Experience, and Skills Required
Educational Qualification & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Work Experience:
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in sales within the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing large sales teams and delivering multi-million-dirham sales volumes.
Skills required:
- In-depth understanding of Sharjah and UAE property market regulations and client base.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE and Sharjah real estate markets, sales cycles, and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding large-scale sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with HNWIs and institutional clients.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and financial awareness.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and real estate sales platforms.
- Bilingual (English/Arabic) proficiency is an advantage.
