Crisis Management: you can prepare for natural disasters, not stupidity

In the last month a large number of enterprises were flooded by unseasonal and incessant rain; the situation was such that people shelved differences and collectively in unison worked to save human lives. Stories of valor and selflessness published and circulated on social media gladdened the heart.

We are looking for Professionals with 15-20 years of experience in leading and managing a team of front line sales force from Real Estate, Life Insurance, Consumer Goods, or Time Share domains.

Apart from a good salary, there will be commissions based on the team's achievement levels and a lot of other perks and emoluments.

  1. Deal with external agents to bring in potential business in selling properties, prepare required documentation under company selling policy, and prepare presentations regarding existing and newly launched projects to corporate and high profile customers locally and internationally.
  2. Manage and generate business within Dubai and internationally.
  3. Analyse market trends and determine competitive market prices.
  4. Operate successful business with licensed real estate brokers.
  5. Responsible for the development of realty in international markets, and travel internationally for the new launch of properties.
  6. Design and implement automated business systems used for forecasting, accounting, strategic planning, and realty consultation.
  7. Responsible for recruitment and successfully create a team of more than 60 international brokers and brokerage companies both in local and international markets.
