Bicycle Health, a telemedicine group focused on evidence-based treatment for Opioid Use Disorder, seeks an experienced Revenue Cycle leader to manage billing operations and drive optimization across the RCM functions.

The role requires extensive healthcare RCM expertise, supervisory experience, and a CPA-like focus on compliance and data-driven performance. Applicants should excel in Excel/Sheets and prefer familiarity with telemedicine billing for SUD/OUD codes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Certified billing or coding certification required.
• Expertise in telemedicine billing and coding for SUD/OUD/G Codes.
• Strong working knowledge of RCM processes: billing, charge capture, and collections.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage offshore RCM vendors to ensure timely billing and collections
• Partner with Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Direct daily operations for billing, financial coordination, and financial counseling teams
• Lead revenue cycle transformation projects including code optimization
• Collaborate with Accounting for accurate revenue recognition
• Define and report on core revenue cycle KPIs to leadership
• Evaluate and implement new RCM software and technology systems

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience
• Certified billing or coding certification required
• Expertise in telemedicine billing and coding for SUD/OUD/G Codes
• Working knowledge of RCM processes: billing, charge capture, and collections
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Degree in health administration or related field preferred
