We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director - Projects Controls and System Development to join the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of AED 66000 - 66500. The Director will play a critical role in overseeing the development and implementation of project controls systems and processes ensuring efficient and effective project delivery across the organisation. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of project management methodologies cost control risk management and systems development. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals and contribute significantly to the successful execution of key infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:


* Lead the development and implementation of project controls systems processes and procedures ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organisational objectives.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of project schedules budgets and risk registers.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on project controls matters to project teams and senior management.
* Monitor project performance against established baselines and identify potential deviations.
* Develop and implement corrective actions to address project control issues and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Manage a team of project controls professionals providing mentorship and development opportunities.
* Collaborate with other departments to integrate project controls systems and processes.
