Charterhouse is working with a thriving Wealth Management firm that aims to grow its DIFC office by hiring experienced and proven Private Bankers and Senior Directors. The goal is to further establish itself as a top wealth management institution in the region. The firm has experienced significant success in recent years and is now looking to expand from a position of strength.

The client’s objective is to build on their consistent yearly growth and increase revenue in the region. Therefore, incoming Bankers should have a track record of opening accounts for private clients within a Private Bank. The primary focus will be on adding team members skilled in building relationships with HNWIs and UHNWIs. The Senior Director of Private Banking should be capable of providing expert investment advice to clients from diverse backgrounds and risk appetites, as the role involves working with various markets. The client offers excellent back and middle office support, allowing Private Bankers the freedom to identify and onboard new clients to boost revenue.

The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience working in a Private Bank or EAM as a main contact for UHNW clients and should be comfortable engaging with this clientele. A large network of potential clients is highly desirable. Candidates with extensive experience in regional Private Banks are preferred to ensure a smooth transition. This position offers growth opportunities, as the firm plans to expand the team and office space, with the potential for the successful candidate to lead their own team of bankers in the future.
