Job Description

To lead and manage post-award activities ensuring supplier performance, contract compliance, and alignment with organizational sustainability goals. The role acts as a key interface between internal stakeholders and suppliers, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation throughout the contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Contract Management and Compliance:

  • Ensure all post-contract obligations are fulfilled by both parties as per the agreed terms and conditions.
  • Monitor adherence with contractual requirements, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), deliverables and quality standards.
  • Manage amendments, extensions and variations to contracts, in collaboration with category team and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track and evaluate supplier/contractor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Identify and address any deviations or non-compliance issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure alignment with contractual commitments.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks in post-contract execution and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure proper handling of disputes, claims and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a risk register for all contracts and update it regularly.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding post-contract matters.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and other partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal and finance teams to address contractual issues.
  • Resolve escalations and disputes to ensure a collaborative and long term partnerships

Documentation And Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all post-contract activities, including correspondence, amendments and performance reports.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on contract performance, risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure all documentation is stored securely and is easily accessible for audits or reviews.
  • Support the Partner Recognition program with the required data related to Partner performance.

Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline post-contract management processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and tools to enhance contract lifecycle management.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on post-contract management practices.

Sustainability

  • Support Sustainability initiatives through Supplier Audits and benchmarking
  • Collaborate with Internal teams to ensure alignment to the Sustainability Goals and targets.

Qualifications
